SIGH! Time zoomed past so quickly! It's been weeks since I last blogged. Gosh. But one event that i must blog about would be--- I FINALLY GOT TO DRIVE ON MY OWN! On 31 July, one day after my license turned one month old! That's to republic poly at woodlands, and i had a passenger too! lucky bokai! haha he's the first one to sit in my car! We went to watch RJ alumni CO concert, not bad, and the conductor's amazing! wah and the guest conductor was the legendary figure who is able to play 12 musical instruments, speak a dozen of languages, and he actually wrote his own orchestral piece! :O Super talented, and the piece's great!

I can't remember what happened! Think after work ended on 26 July, I went out to eat at DTF with rui qi and cindy! had fun talking and laughing, and enjoying good food!

and it was ultimate boredom for me from 27-30 July, staying at home and rotting away, not knowing what to do. I think the whole world knows that I'm bored! haaha.

well, from 1-8 august, I remember going out with Cynthia on 2nd August as we went to watch Despicable Me, ate astons at Suntec, having dinner at Just Acia, then dessert at Canele again! Despicable Me's a great movie! Enjoyed it tremendously! Dinner at Just Acia was quite horrible, don't really like the food! :X Had macarons



for dessert instead, cos the big strawberry macaron



wasn't available! :( I was late for the first time! gah! cos i had to rush back to golden dragon in the morning to salvage my work!

the next day, cynthia accompanied me as I continue on my knitting! haha, we were at macs, she did cross stich while I did my knitting. After that, it was dinner at Din Tai Fung again! Went to the bishan branch, and tried chili crab XLB! One of the XLB broke, so the staff gave us one more. Looks kinda amusing to see one container with just one bao inside haha.



On thursday, went out with Xue Ting and rebecca and dinah. went to marina square to have our lunch at manhattan fish market. After that went to Kbox to see Liu jia and Cynthia! (stupid weifu refused to leave the room!) And then we had to say bye to rebecca and dinah who had to buy furniture for her new hostel room and had to meet her friend respectively. Received my farewell present from Rebecca! Thanks girl! :) And then, it was having high tea at Secret recipe, having my favourite chocolate indulgence with Xueting! (gah that left me with severe sore throat though!) Chatted a lot with her, did catching up and so on. sigh! one more friend that i would need to leave behind!

friday, it was meeting up with shu han! we were supposed to go back to gesps, until I realized that it was National day celebrations, and most likely Miss Sim would have gone home by then we reach. So it was meeting at Lucky plaza, when she was supposed to go to Wisma Atria! aiyo, isn't wisma atria more prominent than lucky plaza?! She was supposed to collect her dad's phone, but she did not bring the warranty card! aiyo! next, we went to food republic to have our lunch. she was full when her rice was not even half eaten! but she refused to waste food, so she ate, stopped, ate, stopped, until she finished up the whole plate of rice. thumbs up to ur efforts! haha. went to ion next, went to prologue to look at books, before heading outside for a chat. took photos of her too! promised to upload on facebook, but i clean forgotten about it! :X ok, shall do that after i publish this post.

Saturday, usual piano lessons, before heading to orchard road with mother! Had Shilin's oyster mee sua (yummyyy) and yami yogurt (finally!) before heading to takashimaya. Visited kinokuniya, but the queue was super long, so no choice have to miss the 20%! :( mum bought a ladle (she did not realize that she got cheated of her money cos the ladle wasn't made of stainless steel until much later), while i got a vacuum flask that's pink and super invincible! haha. Then to OG before having steamboat buffet at mushroom pot. spammed mushrooms and fish slices!

sunday, most of the time was worrying for my knitted work which got mistakes! So went to find wai4 po2 to help me, she undid some of the mistakes, but made the original ones even worst! wahhh was super pek chek! kept trying to undo the mistakes before finally succeeding! YAY! Drove brother back to camp, wah it was super late when i reached home. tot he wasn't going back lor!

yesterday, national day!! Was working at plaza sing atrium. met a few bitches! wah super super angry. but met a few kind souls too! kept dropping money :( was supposed to work OT cos the queue was super long, but in the end i rushed to padang to try to catch a glimpse of my brother, but i missed the show!!! AHHHH my $36! and I was dashing like mad! gah!! but luckily brother wasn't marching on the side where spectators were, so phew! watched the tanks zoom past, the fireworks. there were a lot of foreigners over there, many construction workers, and so on. wah super re4 nao4. and they were super high also. i'm really thankful to my brother for making me really involved in the NDP this year, especially it's the year when I'll leave singapore. Feel really thankful! :) Next went to redhill to have my favourite white beehoon, green bean soup and sugar cane juice! yummy! then driving home!

today's my off-day! I was planning to make graham crackers for rui qi, but then! very lazy leh. maybe I'll just make konniyaku instead? :X sigh, shall go check out the ingredients later! and i stopped knitting already! OMG, must resume soon or else i won't be able to finish it! >.<
